FOUNDATION PROGRAMME
A Level

This one-year programme provides a supportive and structured pathway to help students build the skills, knowledge and qualifications needed for success at A Level. All students will complete the Higher Project Qualification (HPQ), which develops independent research and academic writing skills, and choose three additional subjects from a list which may include GCSE Maths, GCSE English, Level 2 Science, GCSE Psychology, and Level 2 Media.

Please note you cannot apply for this programme whilst in year 11, but may be offered a place on it if you do not achieve the grades you require for the A level programme of your choice

You can study 3 a levels or a combination of 2 a levels and 1 btec subsidiary (a level equivalent).
