A team of Advanced Level Students at King George V College have raised almost £300 for the Alzheimer’s Society, through their festive fundraising activities which took place at Christmas.

The team of twelve Students Ambassadors chose to fundraise for the Alzheimer’s Society because ‘the work they do is of real importance especially over the Christmas period.’

Staff and students at the College put on their Christmas jumpers and got stuck in with the fundraising activities organised, which included a staff vs student football match, cake sale and luxury hamper raffle.
