Want to know your rights? Want to understand how laws are made and how and why they affect you? Thinking of a career in the legal profession? Then Law at KGV may be for you!

Studying real cases from the first lesson, Law at KGV will prepare you to successfully complete A level Law. With strong pass rates at A Level and over double the national average of A* grades, the course allows you to progress to a wide variety of future courses and careers.

Studying criminal law from the very first term, you'll develop an in depth knowledge of a variety of crimes including murder and manslaughter. You'll also be confident in understanding how laws are made and the different roles of personnel within the legal system.

Not all KGV law students go on to study Law but over 50% do, studying at a wide range of universities. For the last three years students have been successful in being offered places to study Law at Cambridge University and other popular destinations include Kings College in London, the University of Durham, the University of Leeds and the University of Liverpool. Many of these students go on to qualify in the legal profession and are currently practising as solicitors and barristers. Other students have gone on to become teachers, nurses, police officers, psychologists and doctors.
